We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damage or defect.

2. Email us at envyodds@gmail.com  within 5 days of delivery.

3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase, we will honor a one-time price adjustment. To request a price match:

• Contact us within 24 hours of your original purchase.

• Provide proof of the current sale price for the exact same item (same style, size, and color).

Price-matched items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or further adjustments.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All international orders (including shipments to the United States) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. This means that all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    •    These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

    •    If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, any and all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping costs, and handling fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund amount.

    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    •    If the carrier abandons or destroys the shipment due to non-payment of duties or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import fees.
